Shipping policy

All products sold by Be Blunt are age restricted. Therefore we request that Royal Mail obtain proof of age upon delivery. If no adult is available to present a valid ID at the time of delivery, the courier will not leave the package. They will typically reattempt delivery or leave you instructions on how to arrange redelivery. 

We do not offer shipping services to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. If you discover damage to the product after accepting and signing for it, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged product.

For international orders (ie those outside the UK), any customs, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
